The short version: GymDays has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. Your plan and workouts stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. We can't see them.

What GymDays stores

Your workouts, weekly plan, settings, and the busy times you add. GymDays saves them on your iPhone and syncs them through your private iCloud account so they're on all your devices. Apple holds that data under your Apple Account; GymDays has no server and never receives it.

Calendar

If you connect your calendar, GymDays reads the calendars you pick to find when you're busy and which classes you've booked. If you turn it on, it can also add your planned workouts to a calendar you choose. Calendar data stays on your iPhone.

Apple Health

If you turn on Apple Health, GymDays reads your finished workouts and their distances so it can check off planned workouts. It only reads workouts from the day you turn it on, and it never writes to or changes your Health data. Health data is never used for advertising and never leaves your iPhone except through your own iCloud.

Apple Intelligence

Describe it and Plan for me use Apple's on-device model. What you type is processed on your iPhone and isn't sent to us.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. GymDays has no server, so it never sends you notifications from one.

TestFlight

While GymDays is in beta, Apple's TestFlight may share crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send with us, along with the name and email address you use for TestFlight. We use these only to fix bugs and improve GymDays.

Deleting your data

Delete GymDays from your iPhone to remove its data there. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Storage, and delete GymDays from the list.
